This apple dip is super delicious! If you love caramel apples, you'll love this creamy dip.I had it last year at a Halloween party and had to get the recipe. And if you haven't tried Honey crisp apples yet, you are missing out! They are seriously the perfect apple; better than any other variety we've tried (gala, jona gold, red delicious, granny smith, etc) They are super crunchy and just the perfect sweet. So even if you don't try this apple dip, try a Honey Crisp apple! Seriously so good!!!!
Apple Dip
1 8 oz package cream cheese softened (I use low fat)
3/4 cup brown sugar
3 heaping tablespoons caramel topping
2 tsp vanilla
Mix all the ingredients together. Serve with sliced apples (to keep them from browning, douse them in pineapple juice) Enjoy!
(also I love our apple corer; it a lot better than those ones that slice the apples and core them, because sometimes I just core the apple for my lunch and I can eat it without slicing it)
