Tres Leches Recipe

Recently, I've become addicted to tres leches. I don't know why. It's just so good all of a sudden. Like the sugar cookies, I never liked this dessert before. This is probably the strangest cake recipe I've ever made, but it's good.

Tres Leches Cake (Three Milk Cake)

2 cups pancake mix (like Bisquick etc.)
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup coke
1 cup vegetable oil
6 medium eggs (5 if large)

Pour into greased 9X13 pan and bake at 325 for 25-35 minutes, until just golden. Poke holes with a fork into while warm.
Mix together:
1 can evaporated milk
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 can "media crema Nestle" (in the Spanish food section)

Pour over cake. Served with fruit of your choice, such as sliced strawberries.

I like to refrigerate the cake overnight and then serve. Yum!

It's nice to be able to talk to close friends that you've known for a long time. Anyway, awesome desserts! I love soft sugar cookies; you decorated yours super cute. Go Jenny!
